Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Oil Field Manager with a Master of Design (M.Des) degree and 1-2 years of experience to join our team. This role will involve overseeing and optimizing operations within our sports facilities, ensuring efficient resource management and contributing to the overall strategic development of our leisure and recreation offerings. The ideal candidate will bring a unique design thinking perspective to operational challenges and improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning, execution, and supervision of daily operations within designated sports and leisure facilities.
- Apply design thinking principles to identify and solve operational inefficiencies and enhance user experience.
- Manage and allocate resources, including equipment, materials, and personnel, to ensure optimal performance.
- Monitor project timelines and budgets, ensuring adherence to set parameters.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, maintenance, and program development.
- Conduct site inspections and assessments to ensure safety standards, compliance, and quality control.
- Analyze operational data and generate reports to inform decision-making and strategic planning.
- Support the implementation of new operational strategies and process improvements.
- Contribute to the conceptualization and design of new recreational facilities or enhancements.
