Junior Oncologist - Fertilizers / Pesticides / Agro chemicals

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Oncologist with 1-3 years of experience and a BBA/BBM degree to join our team in Jaipur. This role will focus on understanding and managing the business aspects related to our oncology products within the agrochemical sector. You will contribute to market analysis, product management, and sales strategy development, bridging scientific understanding with business acumen.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and analysis for oncology-related agrochemical products, identifying trends and opportunities.
- Assist in developing and executing business plans and strategies for new and existing oncology products.
- Support the sales and marketing teams with product information, training materials, and promotional activities.
- Analyze sales data and market feedback to provide insights for product improvement and development.
- Collaborate with R&D and regulatory affairs teams to ensure compliance and product lifecycle management.
- Prepare reports and presentations on market performance, competitive landscape, and strategic recommendations.
- Manage project timelines and budgets related to product launches and marketing campaigns.
