Role Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Junior Operations / Strategy - Other professional with a B.Pharma background to join our dynamic team in Kochi. This role offers an excellent opportunity for an individual with 0-1 years of experience to gain exposure to strategic planning, operational efficiency, and business development within the automotive sector. The ideal candidate will leverage their pharmaceutical understanding to bring a unique perspective to operational challenges and strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the development and implementation of operational strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.
Assist in data collection, analysis, and reporting for various strategic projects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve workflows.
Contribute to the formulation of business plans and performance metrics.
Apply analytical skills derived from B.Pharma education to problem-solving in an automotive context.
