Junior Pain Specialist - Hardware & Networking

Role Summary:

You will play a crucial role in identifying, analyzing, and resolving hardware and networking-related issues that impact user experience and system performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the identification and documentation of hardware and networking pain points reported by users or detected through monitoring systems.
- Conduct initial troubleshooting and diagnosis of hardware malfunctions and network connectivity issues under the guidance of senior team members.
- Gather detailed information from users regarding their technical challenges, ensuring clear and concise communication.
- Support the implementation of solutions and workarounds for identified problems.
- Maintain accurate records of issues, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in our ticketing system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand the impact of hardware and network issues on business operations.
- Participate in regular team meetings to discuss ongoing issues, share insights, and contribute to process improvements.
- Develop a foundational understanding of networking protocols, hardware components, and common IT infrastructure challenges.
