Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Pastry Chef with 1-3 years of experience and an LLB degree to join our dynamic team in Lucknow. This role will involve assisting in the creation of high-quality pastries and baked goods for our import/export operations, while leveraging your legal background for compliance and contractual understanding within the food sector. You will contribute to product development, quality control, and ensuring adherence to international standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation and baking of a wide range of pastries, desserts, and baked goods.
Ensure all products meet quality and presentation standards for both domestic and international markets.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations.
Collaborate with the culinary team on menu development and new product innovation.
Utilize LLB knowledge for understanding import/export documentation, compliance, and contractual obligations related to food products.
Assist in inventory management and ordering of pastry ingredients.
Support in training junior kitchen staff on pastry techniques and standards.
