Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Personal Banker with a unique background in M.Des to join our team in Vadodara. This role involves understanding and supporting the financial needs of individuals within the dynamic packaging and containers industry. You will leverage your design thinking and analytical skills to provide personalized banking solutions and build strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients in opening and managing bank accounts, understanding their financial goals.
Provide information and guidance on banking products and services, including loans, investments, and insurance, tailored to individuals in the packaging sector.
Utilize design thinking principles to identify client needs and propose innovative financial solutions.
Conduct basic financial analysis and present insights to clients in a clear and understandable manner.
Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with banking regulations.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client queries and enhance service delivery.
