Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Junior Plant Maintenance Manager with 1-2 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Nagpur. The ideal candidate will possess a B.Sc degree and a strong understanding of plant maintenance principles within the design and manufacturing sector. This role focuses on supporting the upkeep and operational efficiency of our facilities, ensuring all equipment and systems function optimally.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the planning and execution of preventive and corrective maintenance for plant machinery and equipment.
Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and implement timely solutions.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment history, and spare parts inventory.
Support senior maintenance staff in troubleshooting and resolving equipment breakdowns.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all maintenance operations.
Participate in the procurement process for spare parts and maintenance supplies.
