Junior Power Plant Technician - Real Estate Sector (0-1 Yrs)

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Power Plant Technician with a legal background (LLB) to join our dynamic team in Thiruvananthapuram. This role is ideal for an individual with 0-1 years of experience looking to gain practical exposure in the real estate sector, specifically focusing on the operational aspects of power generation within our developments. The candidate will assist in ensuring the smooth and compliant functioning of power plant operations, adhering to all relevant legal and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the day-to-day operations and maintenance of power plant equipment under supervision.
- Monitor power generation and distribution systems, identifying and reporting any anomalies.
- Support in conducting routine inspections and performance checks of machinery.
- Review and ensure compliance with all local, state, and national environmental and safety regulations related to power generation.
- Assist in maintaining accurate operational logs and records.
- Participate in troubleshooting and minor repair activities as directed.
- Review and understand legal documentation related to power plant operations, permits, and environmental clearances.
- Liaise with regulatory bodies and internal legal teams to ensure all compliance requirements are met.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols.
- Provide support for energy efficiency initiatives and reporting.
