- Investigate root causes of identified problems using systematic troubleshooting and analytical techniques.
- Document problem investigations, findings, and proposed solutions.
- Collaborate with incident management and support teams to implement permanent fixes and workarounds.
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of known problems and their resolutions.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of problem management processes and procedures.
- Assist in the creation of reports on problem management activities and trends.
- Support the proactive identification of potential service disruptions.
- Participate in post-incident reviews to extract lessons learned and prevent future occurrences.
