Junior Problem Management role in TV / Radio (0-2 Yrs)

Role Summary: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Problem Management professional to join our team in Indore. This role is ideal for a recent B.Tech/B.E. graduate eager to learn and contribute to maintaining the stability and reliability of our TV and Radio broadcasting systems. You will assist in identifying, analyzing, and resolving recurring incidents to prevent future disruptions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the identification and logging of potential problems from incident trends and recurring issues.
- Support the investigation and analysis of problems to determine root causes.
- Document problem records, including symptoms, impact, and root cause analysis.
- Liaise with incident management teams to ensure effective resolution of incidents related to identified problems.
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of known error databases.
- Participate in problem review meetings.
- Assist in developing and implementing preventative solutions for recurring issues.
- Follow established problem management processes and procedures.
- Learn and utilize problem management tools and techniques.
