Junior Process Engineer (Mining) - Analytics / KPO / Research Sector

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Process Engineer with a background in B.Pharma to join our analytics and KPO team in Ludhiana. This role is ideal for individuals with 0-2 years of experience looking to apply their scientific understanding to optimize processes within the mining sector through data analysis and research. You will work closely with senior engineers and data scientists to identify inefficiencies, develop solutions, and contribute to improving operational performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze mining process data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
- Develop and document process workflows and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Assist in the design and implementation of process improvements, leveraging data analytics tools.
- Conduct research on new technologies and methodologies applicable to mining operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical support.
- Prepare reports and presentations on process performance and recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
- Utilize B.Pharma knowledge to understand chemical processes, material science, and their application in mining contexts.
