Junior Process / Operational Excellence role in Power

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Process / Operational Excellence professional to join our team in Lucknow. This role is ideal for an individual with 1-3 years of experience looking to contribute to improving operational efficiency and driving continuous improvement initiatives within the power sector. You will work closely with various departments to analyze processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions that enhance productivity and reduce costs.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the analysis of current operational processes to identify areas for improvement.

Support the development and implementation of process optimization projects.

Collect and analyze data to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure the impact of improvements.

Help create process documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and training materials.

Participate in cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Learn and apply lean and Six Sigma methodologies to solve operational challenges.

Contribute to a culture of operational excellence within the organization.
