We are seeking a motivated and analytical Junior Product Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will contribute to the development and management of innovative insurance products, particularly focusing on solutions that complement our renewable energy offerings. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional with a technical background to gain hands-on experience in product management within the burgeoning InsurTech space, with a focus on the Indian market. You will work closely with engineering, marketing, and sales teams to bring new products to life and enhance existing ones.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in market research and analysis to identify new product opportunities and understand customer needs within the insurance sector, specifically for renewable energy customers.
Support the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, including requirements gathering, feature prioritization, and roadmap development.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, sales, legal) to define product specifications and ensure successful product delivery.
Develop and maintain product documentation, including user stories, functional specifications, and training materials.
Monitor product performance, gather user feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
Contribute to go-to-market strategies and product launch plans.
Ensure products comply with relevant regulations and industry standards in India.
