Junior Production / Manufacturing Head - Printing & Publishing Sector (1-3 Yrs)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Production / Manufacturing Head to join our dynamic team at Navneet Education Limited in Thane. This role is ideal for an ambitious individual with 1-3 years of experience and a strong technical foundation, holding an M.Tech degree. You will be instrumental in overseeing and optimizing various stages of our printing and publishing manufacturing processes, ensuring efficiency, quality, and timely delivery of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist in the planning, scheduling, and execution of production activities for printing and publishing.
* Monitor manufacturing processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications.
* Collaborate with the senior production team to identify and implement process improvements for efficiency and cost reduction.
* Manage inventory of raw materials and finished goods, ensuring optimal stock levels.
* Supervise and guide junior manufacturing staff, fostering a productive work environment.
* Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions promptly.
* Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on the shop floor.
* Contribute to the development and implementation of new manufacturing techniques and technologies.
* Maintain production records and generate reports on output, efficiency, and quality metrics.
