Job Description
Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Project Head - Construction with a legal background (LLB) to support our construction projects within the courier and logistics sector. This role is ideal for an individual with 0-1 years of experience looking to gain hands-on experience in managing construction projects from a legal and compliance perspective. The successful candidate will assist in overseeing project timelines, budgets, and ensure adherence to all regulatory and contractual obligations.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the planning and execution of construction projects, ensuring alignment with project objectives and timelines.
Review and interpret construction contracts, legal documents, and permits to ensure compliance.
Support in managing project documentation, including site reports, progress updates, and legal filings.
Liaise with legal counsel, contractors, and internal stakeholders to resolve any contractual or compliance issues.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress and identify potential legal or safety concerns.
Assist in ensuring all construction activities comply with local building codes, environmental regulations, and safety standards.
Support in managing vendor and contractor relationships from a legal and contractual standpoint.
Provide legal insights and support for project-related decision-making.
