Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and executing test plans and test cases for our digital platforms and applications.
- Perform manual testing to identify bugs, defects, and inconsistencies in software and content.
- Document and report test results clearly and concisely to the senior QA team.
- Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand requirements and ensure quality standards are met.
- Participate in reviewing user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Help maintain and update test documentation.
- Gain exposure to various QA methodologies and tools.
