Junior QC / Lab Chemist role in Architecture / Interior Design (0-2 Yrs)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Junior QC / Lab Chemist to join our growing team at Arkians. This entry-level position is ideal for a recent graduate with a B.Des degree looking to gain practical experience in quality control within the architecture and interior design sector. You will be instrumental in ensuring the quality and integrity of materials used in our projects, contributing to the successful execution of design concepts.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in conducting physical and chemical tests on various raw materials and finished products (e.g., paints, adhesives, coatings, flooring materials, laminates).

Prepare samples and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments.

Record and analyze test data, reporting any deviations from specifications.

Collaborate with the design and procurement teams to understand material requirements and quality standards.

Ensure compliance with safety protocols and laboratory procedures.

Assist in quality audits and inspections of on-site materials.

Maintain accurate inventory of lab supplies and chemicals.
