Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Quality Specialist to join our team in Surat. This entry-level position is ideal for a recent BCA graduate looking to start a career in quality assurance within the food processing industry. You will be responsible for supporting quality control processes, ensuring product consistency, and contributing to the overall quality management system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in conducting routine quality checks and inspections of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
- Perform basic laboratory tests and analyses as per established procedures.
- Document inspection and test results accurately.
- Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
- Identify and report any deviations from quality standards to the Quality Manager.
- Participate in maintaining quality records and databases.
- Support the implementation of quality improvement initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and hygiene standards.
