This role is ideal for a recent MCA graduate looking to kickstart their career in the dynamic real estate sector within a leading FMCG company. You will assist in identifying, evaluating, and managing retail property opportunities to support our expansion plans across India.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in market research to identify potential retail locations and analyze demographic data.
- Support in evaluating property suitability based on company requirements, including size, accessibility, and local regulations.
- Help in coordinating site visits and initial property inspections.
- Assist in preparing property briefs, reports, and presentations for management.
- Maintain a database of available properties and track market trends.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders (brokers, landlords).
- Utilize MCA knowledge to manage data, generate reports, and potentially develop simple analytical tools.
