This role is ideal for an M.Des graduate with 0-2 years of experience who is passionate about building employer brand and attracting top talent within the dynamic E-Learning/EdTech sector. You will play a crucial role in developing and executing innovative marketing campaigns to enhance our employer brand and attract the best candidates for various roles at upGrad.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist in the development and execution of recruitment marketing strategies to attract diverse talent.
* Create engaging content (visuals, copy, videos) for various platforms including social media, career pages, and job boards, aligning with upGrad's employer brand.
* Support in managing and optimizing upGrad's careers page and social media presence to showcase our culture and opportunities.
* Conduct market research on recruitment trends and competitor employer branding activities.
* Collaborate with internal teams (HR, Marketing) to ensure consistent brand messaging.
* Analyze the effectiveness of recruitment marketing campaigns and provide reports with insights.
* Support in organizing and participating in recruitment events (virtual and in-person) to promote upGrad as an employer of choice.
* Assist in designing and developing recruitment-related collateral and marketing materials.
