Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Researcher to join our dynamic Research & Development team in Vishakhapatnam. This role is ideal for a recent MCA graduate looking to kick-start their career in the beauty and personal care industry. You will contribute to innovative product development, conduct data analysis, and support the R&D lifecycle under the guidance of experienced scientists.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the formulation and development of new beauty and personal care products.
- Conduct literature reviews and competitor analysis related to product ingredients and technologies.
- Perform data collection, entry, and basic analysis for R&D projects using statistical software or tools.
- Prepare reports and presentations on research findings and project progress.
- Support laboratory activities, including sample preparation and basic testing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Marketing, Manufacturing) to ensure product development aligns with business objectives.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of experiments, data, and results.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in the beauty and personal care sector.
