Junior Retail Banking Sales Executive - Gems & Jewellery Sector

Key Responsibilities:

Actively engage with potential customers in the showroom and through outreach to understand their financial needs and preferences for jewellery purchases.

Promote and sell retail banking products and services, including jewellery financing schemes, credit cards, and loan options, tailored to customer requirements.

Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for banking products and jewellery sales.

Build and maintain a strong customer database, ensuring regular follow-ups and nurturing client relationships.

Collaborate with the showroom sales team to provide a seamless customer experience, from product selection to financing.

Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new banking and jewellery products.

Handle customer queries and resolve any issues related to banking services and purchases promptly and professionally.
