Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Scheduler with 0-2 years of experience, holding an M.Pharma degree, to join our dynamic team in Jaipur. The Junior Scheduler will be responsible for supporting the planning and scheduling of various research and development activities, ensuring efficient resource allocation and timely project completion within the biotechnology domain.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the creation and maintenance of project schedules using appropriate software and tools.
Coordinate with research teams, project managers, and other stakeholders to gather information for scheduling.
Track project progress against established timelines and identify potential delays or bottlenecks.
Update project schedules based on changes in scope, resources, or timelines.
Prepare reports on schedule status, resource utilization, and project milestones.
Support in the resource leveling and allocation process to optimize efficiency.
Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures related to project management and scheduling.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation.
