Junior Second Officer / Mate - Consumer, Retail & Hospitality Sector

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Second Officer / Mate to join our team. This role is ideal for a recent B.Tech/B.E. graduate looking to gain hands-on experience in operations and logistics within the dynamic consumer goods sector. You will be responsible for supporting the Second Officer in daily operations, ensuring efficient supply chain management, and contributing to the smooth functioning of our distribution network.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Second Officer in overseeing daily operational activities, including inventory management and stock control.

Support in the planning and execution of logistics and transportation for goods, ensuring timely deliveries.

Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory levels, and operational data.

Conduct quality checks on incoming and outgoing goods to ensure compliance with company standards.

Liaise with internal departments and external vendors to resolve operational issues.

Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
