Role Summary:

You will work closely with the logistics team to manage inventory, coordinate shipments, and maintain shipping records.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and processing of shipping documents, including bills of lading, invoices, and customs declarations.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to schedule shipments and deliveries.
- Track and monitor shipments to ensure timely arrival and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stocktaking.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage or discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant shipping regulations and company policies.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment if required, following safety protocols.
- Provide support to the shipping manager and other team members as needed.
- Communicate effectively with drivers, warehouse staff, and other stakeholders.
