Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Slimming Head / Manager with a strong academic background in LLM to join our dynamic Hardware & Networking team in Lucknow. This role is ideal for an individual with 1-2 years of experience looking to contribute to the optimization and efficiency of our hardware and networking operations. You will work closely with senior management to identify areas for improvement and implement strategic solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the development and implementation of strategies to streamline hardware procurement, deployment, and maintenance processes.
Analyze network performance data and identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies, suggesting potential solutions based on LLM principles.
Support the 'slimming' of infrastructure by identifying underutilized resources and recommending consolidation or decommissioning strategies.
Conduct research on emerging hardware and networking technologies, assessing their potential impact and feasibility for optimization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to best practices and regulatory compliance in hardware and network management.
Prepare reports and presentations on project progress, findings, and recommendations for senior leadership.
