Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Slimming Head / Manager to join our Clinical Operations team in Thane. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals with a Diploma and 0-1 years of experience looking to kickstart their career in the clinical research industry. The successful candidate will assist in managing and executing clinical trial activities under the guidance of senior staff, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and company SOPs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the planning and execution of clinical research projects.
- Support the coordination of study site activities and investigator interactions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date study documentation and records.
- Participate in data collection, monitoring, and quality control processes.
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders as required.
- Adhere to Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines and all applicable regulatory standards.
- Contribute to team efforts and assist in achieving project milestones.
