We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Software Compliance - License Management professional to join our growing gaming company in Delhi. This role is ideal for a recent B.Tech/B.E. graduate with 1-2 years of experience who is passionate about ensuring software and license adherence within the dynamic gaming industry. You will play a crucial part in maintaining our compliance standards and mitigating risks associated with software licensing.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the tracking and management of software licenses across all company projects and platforms.
Monitor license usage against entitlement to identify potential over-utilization or non-compliance.
Support in the procurement process for new software licenses and renewals, ensuring accurate documentation.
Help in developing and implementing software compliance policies and procedures.
Collaborate with IT, legal, and development teams to ensure all software usage is compliant.
Maintain accurate records of software assets and license agreements.
Assist in responding to internal and external audit requests related to software licensing.
