Junior Sound / Light / Technical Support - Other - Law Enforcement / Security Services

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and technically adept Junior Sound / Light / Technical Support professional with 2-3 years of experience and an MCA degree to join our team in Jaipur. You will be responsible for providing essential technical support for audio-visual and technical systems within our law enforcement and security services operations, ensuring seamless functionality and rapid resolution of issues.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain sound and lighting systems for various security operations and command centers.
- Provide first-level technical support for audio-visual equipment, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Assist in the setup and operation of technical equipment for meetings, presentations, and emergency response coordination.
- Monitor system performance and conduct regular checks to prevent technical failures.
- Respond to and resolve technical support tickets related to sound, light, and other technical systems within defined SLAs.
- Collaborate with senior technical staff and engineers on system upgrades and maintenance.
- Document technical procedures, troubleshooting guides, and system configurations.
- Maintain inventory of technical equipment and report any damages or deficiencies.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in audio-visual technology and security systems.
