Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated Junior Sound / Light / Technical Support professional with 1-3 years of experience and a B.Pharma degree to join our dynamic team in Thiruvananthapuram. This role involves providing essential technical support for audio-visual systems, lighting, and general IT infrastructure within our corporate environment. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of technical aptitude and problem-solving skills, with a foundational understanding of scientific principles gained from their pharmaceutical education, which can be applied to troubleshooting and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the setup, operation, and maintenance of sound and lighting systems for corporate events, presentations, and meetings.
- Provide first-level technical support for audio-visual equipment, ensuring seamless functionality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic IT hardware and software issues for end-users.
- Monitor system performance and identify potential issues before they impact operations.
- Maintain inventory of technical equipment and supplies.
- Document technical procedures and troubleshooting steps.
- Collaborate with senior technical staff on more complex issues.
- Apply analytical and problem-solving skills, similar to those used in pharmaceutical research, to diagnose and resolve technical challenges.
