Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Spa Therapist with 1-2 years of experience to join our wellness team at our Chennai facility. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for providing excellent therapeutic services, who do not necessarily require a graduation degree. You will be responsible for delivering a range of spa treatments and ensuring a relaxing and rejuvenating experience for our employees.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform various spa treatments including massages, facials, and body wraps as per client needs and company standards.
Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate treatments.
Maintain a clean and organized treatment room, ensuring all equipment and supplies are well-stocked and sanitized.
Adhere to hygiene and safety protocols at all times.
Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
Assist with inventory management and ordering of spa products.
