Junior Sports Psychologist - Leather Sector

Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Sports Psychologist with 0-1 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree (M.A.) in Psychology with a specialization in Sports Psychology and a passion for understanding and enhancing the mental well-being of individuals within a corporate environment, particularly within the leather industry. You will work closely with employees to provide support, guidance, and interventions aimed at improving performance, resilience, and overall psychological health.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial assessments and consultations with employees to understand their psychological needs and performance challenges.
- Develop and implement basic mental skills training programs, such as stress management, focus enhancement, and confidence building.
- Provide one-on-one counseling and support to employees facing performance-related anxieties or personal challenges impacting their work.
- Assist in organizing workshops and seminars on mental wellness and performance psychology.
- Collaborate with HR and management to integrate psychological support into employee development initiatives.
- Maintain confidential records of client interactions and progress.
- Stay updated with the latest research and best practices in sports psychology and its application in organizational settings.
