Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Subject / Specialization Teacher - Other with a Master of Science (M.Sc) degree and 0-1 years of experience to join our growing team in Ahmedabad. This role is crucial in educating and training our workforce on various aspects of food processing, quality control, and product development. You will be instrumental in fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the development and delivery of training modules related to food science, processing techniques, and product innovation.
Conduct workshops and practical sessions for new and existing employees, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
Provide subject matter expertise in specific areas of food processing relevant to our product lines.
Support research and development activities by sharing theoretical knowledge and assisting in experimental setups.
Evaluate training effectiveness and provide feedback for curriculum improvement.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in food technology and processing.
Maintain accurate records of training sessions and participant progress.
