You will be involved in developing and delivering training materials, assisting with onboarding new team members, and supporting various training initiatives within the company. Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the creation and development of training modules, presentations, and workshops for event staff and new hires.
Deliver training sessions under the guidance of senior trainers, focusing on event operational procedures, client interaction, and safety protocols.
Support the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring they are familiar with company policies and event execution standards.
Gather feedback on training programs and contribute to their continuous improvement.
Help maintain training records and documentation.
Provide general administrative support to the training department.
