We are seeking a motivated and organized Junior Tour Manager to join our team in Noida. You will be responsible for assisting in the planning and execution of various banking-related tours and events, ensuring smooth operations and a positive experience for all participants. Key Responsibilities:
Assist in coordinating logistics for banking sector tours, including venue booking, transportation arrangements, and material distribution.
Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to ensure all tour requirements are met.
Provide on-site support during tours, managing participant inquiries and resolving any immediate issues.
Gather feedback from participants post-tour to identify areas for improvement.
Maintain organized records of tour-related expenses and documentation.
Support the Senior Tour Manager in pre-tour preparations and post-tour wrap-ups.
