Junior Tour Manager - Management Consulting Sector

Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and enthusiastic Junior Tour Manager to support our consulting teams in Guwahati. This entry-level position is perfect for a recent graduate with an M.A. degree who is passionate about logistics, client engagement, and contributing to the smooth execution of consulting projects. You will be responsible for coordinating travel, accommodation, and local logistics for our consultants, ensuring their comfort and efficiency during client visits.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and booking travel arrangements (flights, trains, local transport) for consultants.
- Coordinate accommodation bookings and ensure all necessary arrangements are in place.
- Provide on-ground support to consultants during their visits, addressing any logistical issues that may arise.
- Manage and maintain records of travel expenses and itineraries.
- Liaise with local vendors and service providers to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Support in organizing client meetings and site visits, including venue arrangements and material preparation.
- Act as a point of contact for consultants regarding their travel and local needs.
- Contribute to improving travel and logistics processes within the Guwahati office.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
