Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Treasury & Forex Analyst to join our finance team in Vadodara. This entry-level position is ideal for a recent B.Com graduate looking to gain practical experience in treasury operations, foreign exchange management, and financial analysis within the dynamic agriculture sector. You will support the treasury department in managing the company's cash flow, foreign currency exposures, and banking relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in daily cash management activities, including monitoring bank balances and processing payments.
- Support the execution of foreign exchange transactions and hedging strategies under supervision.
- Reconcile bank statements and financial transactions accurately.
- Prepare reports on cash flow, foreign exchange exposures, and market trends.
- Conduct basic financial analysis and research to support treasury decision-making.
- Liaise with internal departments and external banking partners.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements related to treasury operations.
- Learn and apply treasury management systems and financial tools.
