Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior UI/UX Designer with a unique background in B.Pharma to join our growing team in Bangalore. This role is ideal for someone with 1-2 years of experience looking to leverage their understanding of healthcare and user needs to create intuitive and engaging digital experiences for our patients and medical professionals. You will contribute to the design and improvement of our patient portals, hospital management systems, and other digital health platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand user needs and business requirements.
Translate B.Pharma knowledge into user-centric design solutions for healthcare applications.
Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications.
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
Ensure designs are consistent with brand guidelines and accessibility standards.
Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends and best practices in the digital health industry.
