Role Summary: HAL is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior University Level Educator - Other with 0-1 years of experience to join our team in Pune. This role will involve supporting educational initiatives within the company, focusing on training and development programs for our employees in the Defence & Aerospace sector. The ideal candidate will possess a strong academic background with an MBA/PGDM and a passion for knowledge dissemination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and delivery of training modules and educational content relevant to the Defence & Aerospace industry.
- Support the planning and execution of workshops, seminars, and other learning events.
- Conduct research on emerging trends and technologies within aerospace and defence to inform curriculum development.
- Provide administrative support for training programs, including scheduling, participant tracking, and feedback collection.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure the accuracy and relevance of educational materials.
- Help in evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and suggest improvements.
- Stay updated with industry best practices in adult learning and corporate education.
