Junior UX Writer role in Government / Public Administration

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior UX Writer to join our team in Delhi. In this role, you will contribute to making complex government and public administration information accessible and user-friendly through clear and concise writing. Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with UX designers and product managers to understand user needs and project goals.

Write and edit clear, concise, and user-centered copy for digital interfaces, including website content, application interfaces, and user guides.

Simplify technical jargon and complex policy information into easily understandable language.

Contribute to the development and maintenance of content style guides and terminology.

Participate in user research and testing to gather feedback and iterate on content.

Ensure consistency in tone, voice, and style across all project touchpoints.
