Junior Warden role in BFSI

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Warden to join our team at HDFC Bank in Indore. This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates with a Master's degree in Design (M.Des) looking to gain experience in a corporate environment. The Warden will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and safe functioning of our office premises, focusing on creating a conducive and efficient workspace.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing and overseeing the daily operations of the office premises, ensuring a safe and secure environment.
- Support in the implementation and enforcement of office policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with various departments to address facility-related issues and maintenance requirements.
- Assist in organizing and managing office resources, including stationery, equipment, and furniture.
- Contribute to maintaining a clean, organized, and aesthetically pleasing workspace, applying design principles learned from M.Des.
- Respond to employee queries and concerns related to office facilities and services.
- Help in organizing small-scale office events or meetings.
- Maintain records and documentation related to facility management and operational activities.
