Junior Welding Inspector / Supervisor - Analytics / KPO / Research Sector

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Welding Inspector / Supervisor with 1-2 years of experience to join our team in Nagpur. This role is crucial for ensuring the quality and integrity of welding processes and structures within our analytics and KPO operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of welding standards and inspection techniques, coupled with analytical and supervisory skills developed through an MBA/PGDM.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct visual inspections of welds to identify defects such as porosity, cracks, and undercut.
- Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and welding procedures to ensure compliance.
- Monitor welding activities on-site to ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards.
- Document inspection results, generate reports, and maintain accurate records.
- Assist in the development and implementation of welding quality control plans.
- Supervise junior technicians and provide guidance on welding inspection best practices.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve welding-related issues.
- Ensure all welding activities meet project specifications and industry codes (e.g., AWS, ASME).
- Participate in quality audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
