Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Wiper with 1-3 years of experience and a BCA degree to join our analytics team in Lucknow. As a Junior Wiper, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and integrity of our data and research outputs. You will work closely with senior analysts and researchers to support various projects, contributing to the overall success of our KPO and research initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform data cleaning and validation tasks to ensure accuracy and consistency of datasets.
- Assist in the preparation and organization of research materials and reports.
- Conduct preliminary analysis of data under the guidance of senior team members.
- Support the research team in gathering information from various sources.
- Identify and report any data anomalies or inconsistencies.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of project deliverables.
- Maintain documentation of data processing and analysis procedures.
- Develop a strong understanding of our clients' business needs and research objectives.
