Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and organized Junior Workshop Manager / Supervisor with 1-3 years of experience and a BCA degree to join our growing team in Hyderabad. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our workshop, focusing on production flow, quality control, and team coordination. You will support senior management in overseeing daily workshop activities and implementing operational improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing daily workshop operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow optimization.
- Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and timelines.
- Coordinate with technicians and other workshop staff, providing guidance and support.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, materials, and equipment usage.
- Support in implementing and enforcing safety protocols and procedures within the workshop.
- Utilize your BCA knowledge to assist with data management, reporting, and basic system troubleshooting related to workshop operations.
- Liaise with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of parts and materials.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance workshop efficiency and productivity.
- Report on workshop performance metrics to senior management.
