Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Key Account Manager with 2-3 years of experience to join our growing team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have a BBA/BBM degree and a passion for the media and entertainment industry. You will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with key clients, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving revenue growth for our television and radio advertising solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with assigned key accounts.

Understand client needs and objectives, and translate them into effective advertising strategies.

Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, creative) to ensure client expectations are met and exceeded.

Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts.

Prepare and present regular reports on account status, progress, and performance to senior management.

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to provide strategic insights to clients.

Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
