Kit Manager

Role Summary:
We are seeking a meticulous and organized Kit Manager to oversee the preparation, assembly, and dispatch of clinical trial kits and related materials. The Kit Manager will ensure that all kits meet quality standards and are delivered to study sites on time, playing a crucial role in the smooth execution of our clinical research operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the inventory of clinical trial supplies, investigational medicinal products (IMPs), and ancillary materials.
- Coordinate the kitting process, ensuring accurate assembly of study-specific kits according to protocols and manufacturing instructions.
- Maintain detailed records of kit contents, batch numbers, expiry dates, and distribution logs.
- Liaise with clinical operations teams, study managers, and external vendors to ensure timely supply and delivery of kits.
- Implement and adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Distribution Practices (GDP) in all kitting and storage activities.
- Conduct quality checks on assembled kits to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Manage the storage of kits in a controlled environment, monitoring temperature and humidity as required.
- Prepare kits for shipment, ensuring proper packaging and labeling for domestic and international destinations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to kit preparation, inventory, or logistics.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy in kit management.
