Kit Manager

Role Summary:
We are seeking a meticulous and creative Kit Manager with a Bachelor of Design (B.Des) degree to oversee the procurement, organization, and distribution of gaming-related kits and merchandise for our corporate operations in Bhubaneshwar. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience and a keen eye for detail, ensuring that all kits meet quality standards and are delivered on time for various gaming events, tournaments, and promotional activities. This role requires a blend of design sensibility, logistical planning, and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end process of kit procurement, from vendor selection and negotiation to quality control and inventory management.
- Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to conceptualize and develop unique and appealing kit designs that align with brand identity.
- Ensure timely delivery of kits for all scheduled events, tournaments, and activations.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular audits to prevent loss or damage.
- Coordinate with logistics partners for efficient shipping and handling of kits across different locations.
- Develop and implement a system for tracking kit usage and feedback for continuous improvement.
- Oversee the budget allocated for kit procurement and ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in gaming merchandise and promotional items.
