Role Summary:
We are seeking a meticulous and organized Kit Manager to oversee the efficient management and deployment of equipment kits for our industrial machinery projects. The Kit Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all necessary components and tools are accurately assembled, tracked, and delivered to project sites on time, contributing to the smooth execution of our manufacturing and assembly processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the inventory of all equipment kits, ensuring accurate stock levels and proper storage.
- Assemble, inspect, and verify the contents of kits against project requirements and bill of materials.
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of kit components.
- Track the movement and deployment of kits to various project sites, maintaining detailed records.
- Implement and enforce quality control measures for kit contents and assembly.
- Identify and report any discrepancies, damages, or shortages in kits.
- Maintain a clean and organized kit management area.
- Collaborate with engineers and project managers to understand kit specifications and timelines.
- Develop and optimize kit management processes for improved efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
