Kitchen Steward / Dishwasher (BCA Required) - Kolkata

We are seeking a diligent and organized Kitchen Steward / Dishwasher with 1-2 years of experience to join our team in Kolkata. While this role is primarily focused on kitchen operations, we are looking for candidates with a BCA degree who can also assist with basic data entry and reporting tasks related to inventory and supplies. The ideal candidate will maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen environment, ensuring efficiency and adherence to food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Wash and sanitize dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area and kitchen surfaces.
• Dispose of waste and recycling in accordance with company and health regulations.
• Assist with receiving and storing kitchen supplies and inventory.
• Support kitchen staff with basic food preparation tasks as needed.
• Utilize basic computer skills (familiarity with MS Excel or similar) for recording inventory levels and assisting with simple reports, leveraging your BCA background.
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation standards.
