Role Summary: We are seeking a diligent and energetic Kitchen Steward / Dishwasher with a Diploma to join our food processing facility in Bhubaneshwar. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals with 0-2 years of experience who are eager to contribute to maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and operational efficiency in our kitchen and processing areas. You will play a crucial role in ensuring a clean, safe, and well-organized work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate industrial dishwashing machines and ensure all utensils, cookware, and equipment are cleaned, sanitized, and stored correctly.
Manually wash dishes, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment as needed, adhering to strict hygiene protocols.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area, including floors, surfaces, and waste disposal.
Assist in receiving, storing, and organizing kitchen supplies and ingredients.
Support the kitchen team with basic food preparation tasks as directed, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
Monitor and manage inventory of cleaning supplies and dishwashing detergents.
Adhere to all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety regulations.
Promptly report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to the supervisor.
Participate in regular cleaning schedules and deep cleaning activities.
